This is one of a good number of well maintained parks in Vero Beach. Humiston Park features well manicured grassy areas, picnic pavilions, a large playground area, restroom facilities and beautiful guarded beaches.

Riverside Park, Theater & Museum

Features bike racks, boat docks and ramps, exercise trail, fishing, grills, picnic tables, playground, racquetball, volleyball, rental pavilions, restrooms, sports fields, tennis courts and pro shop.

Ocean Drive Shops & Restaurants

This area is best known for designer shops and boutiques but also offers a nice variety of art galleries, restaurants and even a few beach shops featuring beach sundries and necessities.

Vero Beach History

In 1973 after the two 13 story Village Spires condos were built in the central beach area residents overwhelmingly passed new zoning measures to limit all future development to 3 stories. This is one of the many things which sets Vero Beach apart from many Florida locales.

Traveling to Vero Beach.

Vero Beach is not difficult or particularly time consuming to get to, BUT if you compare it to other destinations in Florida which have a major airport nearby it does take a bit longer to get to. Having said that, because it takes a little more time to get to Vero Beach it manages to avoid much of the traffic and overcrowding that plagues most of South Florida.

World Class Golf

Vero Beach and Indian River County have the ideal climate to go along with 19 courses which attract golfers from around the globe. Many of these courses have been designed by the top names in the business.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed the place. It was so close to the beach and a perfect size for my family of 4. The place was really clean. The house had lots of beach towels that were very handy for our many beach adventures. There was a delicious pizza place just around the corner that we walked to for dinner.

Been Coming to Vero for years!

Very nice property that is short walking distance to beach. Very clean with all amentias. Great air conditioning. Grill in side yard with lots of beach toys in the garage. Quiet street and a safe neighborhood as well.

Please respect our tranquil community - no weddings or other parties / events are ever permitted. We and our neighbors sincerely thank you in advance for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is final after we have received a deposit of 50% of the total rent. The remainder will be paid 2 weeks before arrival.

If you cancel up to 2 months before arrival, we refund the entire down payment. Up to 1 month in advance half of the down payment, up to 2 weeks in advance we do not refund the down payment.

Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami.
